Work Performed:

• Evaluated previous roof’s structural integrity prior to making a recommendation.
• Based on the evaluation step, recommended moving forward with a new roof layer (instead of ripping everything off).
• Presented a number of different materials that could be used on the new roof (I went with a white, cold-applied SBS – as seen below).
• Copper flashed around chimney and vents.
• Removed all unnecessary vents (with prior approval)
• Performed maintenance on and repainted two antique skylights.

Experience:

• Roofmaster personnel were on time every day of this job.
• The roof and surrounding areas were clear of debris after construction had completed.
• Overall, Roofmaster is a really good find in a market where good companies and work are hard to find.
